A Little Bit Tricky

"I'm a little bit tricky." (What I say when something challenges me.)

Mom and Dad couldn't agree more! This week was a big week for Mr. Nash. He graduated to a big boy bath because he's getting so roly poly in the tub, AND biggest of all he moved upstairs to his own room for night-time sleep (he still takes naps in his pack n' play during the day while Dad works). He's been doing really well and sleeps by himself until 4-5ish when he wakes for a snack. Mom and Dad are hoping that a little bit of distance will help him sleep the last stretch till morning by himself and are happy to have their room to themselves at night. I still LOVE my baby brother very much. I'm very attentive to him and always make sure that he has one or two or twenty toys on hand. I also love to get in his face - only because I love him - which sometimes scares him but as you can see he's getting better at defending himself. Check out that strong-arm!

Happy 6-month Birthday Baby Nash

Happy 6-month birthday Baby Nash! Or, as I like to call him, the Nasher Nash. This week Nash weighed in at 20 lbs 2 oz - which is the exact same that I weighed on my first birthday. He's sitting up by himself these days although he can be a tippy canoe when he laughs and throws his body back. He's very grabby and can't wait to touch my toys, which for the record, I've said I won't mind when he wants to play with them...I had to share a pix of yours truly too!
Here's Nash and I enjoying post-naptime giggles. Nash LOVES baby food. He's moved on to stage 2 foods and is already eating 1-2 jars per feeding. He gets very excited and growls like a bear for every bite.

It's Early February, Really

We have had some amazing winter weather. Bluebird skies, no wind, and close to 50 degree temperatures. Bike rides for Dad, runs for Mom, lots of food for Nash, and bounce house time for me. Fun was had by all this weekend!
